In its current shape of a multidisciplinary practice, our firm was founded in 1995. However, its origin comes from late XIXth century, when managing partner Jordi Blasco's great-grandfather started his law firm in Barcelona. From then, several generations of lawyers have been following the family tradition tied to the practice of the law.

In the last two decades of the XXth century, the firm extended its offering to taxation services and financial advice (Corporate Finance), in order to incorporate into the legal advice the rest of variables that the modern world require.

With the rest of professionals that nowadays are integrated into the firm, our advice and recommended solutions go much forward and take into account the financial and tax sides of any transaction or, even, conflict.

Summarizing, we take the old tradition and know-how of an old law practice and empower it with the modern view of business.

This allows us to provide a very pragmatic and business-oriented legal and tax advice to our Spanish or foreign clients. In the end, this results in a long-term relationship with clients.
